厳しい転職活動。

2022/8/8の時点で8社応募したけど、書類通過して面接まで行ったのが２社。

やはり未経験だと難しい。

前回転職した時は、ほぼ経験者という形だったため、殆ど聞かれることが無かった。

経験者と未経験者の面接の違いがあるので、未経験の場合は面接がかなり重要視される。コロナワクチンを接種したか、必ずと聞かれる。現在のリアルを表してる証拠だ。

今後接種する予定がない人は採用しないという企業もあるだろう。

今日も1社応募したけど、どうだろうか。

学生の時の就活も今と同じ感じだったな。

そろそろ決まりたいところだ。

これほど不採用が続くとメンタルが辛くなってくる。

転職活動してる人は自分だけじゃないし、最近twitterでいいねをくれる人がいる。

少し励みになっています。

As of August 8,2022, I have applied to 8 companies, but only 2 have passed the screening process and went for interviews.

It is still difficult with no experience.

The last time I changed jobs, I was asked very few questions because I was mostly in the from of experienced.

There is a difference in the interview process between experienced and inexperienced candidates, so if you are inexperienced, the interview is quite important.

You will always be asked if you have been vaccinated against corona. This is evidence of current realism.

I have a feeling that some companies will not hire anyone who is not scheduled to be vaccinated in the future.

I ahve applied to one company today.

When I was a student, job hunting was the same as now.

I want to decide as soon as possible.

It is mentally tough when I keep getting turned down like this.

I am not the only one who is looking for a new job. I'm not the only one looking for a new job, and I'm getting a little encouragement from the likes on twitter.
